2027 TSM Meeting

The annual TSM Meeting will take place on February 25 & 26, 2027 at Texas A&M University. This annual event brings together experts and enthusiasts in microscopy to share knowledge, showcase the latest advancements, and network with peers. The meeting features hands-on workshops (Feb, 25th), a scientific conference with platform and poster presentations, and a vendor fair with over 20 vendors (Feb, 26th) at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. Highlights include talks from distinguished invited speakers in physical and life sciences, as well as opportunities for students to apply for travel support. Early registration discounts are available until February 1, 2027.

Early Registration (before February 1, 2027)

• Students: $50
• Regular Members: $150
• Corporate Members: $350

Late Registration (after February 1, 2027)

• Students: $60
• Regular Members: $200

Travel Support for Students

• Over 50 miles from the venue: $200
• Within 50 miles of the venue: $50

Presenting students will be automatically entered into the travel support list.

Meeting Schedule

Workshops – February 25th 2027

Each workshop is offered twice (9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm) unless otherwise noted.

Separate registration is required for workshops as spaces are limited. Please signup early!

Student Social – February 25th 2027

There will be a student social event on Thursday evening from 5:30p.m. - 6:30p.m.  This will be a great opportunity for students to socialize with icebreaker games and food included.

Social Reception – February 25th 2027

There will be a reception on Thursday evening at 7p.m. This will be a great opportunity to meet and talk to colleagues, friends and vendors and to enjoy good food.

Meeting – February 26th 2027 

The scientific meeting and vendor fair will be on Friday February 26th, 2027 (location: Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center, 177 Joe Routt Blvd, College Station, TX, 77840)
